Policy.
A plain-language explanation of what this website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to dealeraiguys.com and communications you initiate through the email links on this site. The website does not currently offer user accounts, online payments, or embedded lead forms.
1. Who we are
Dealer AI Partners (“Dealer AI Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides independent AI implementation, training, and advisory services for automotive retailers. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@dealeraiguys.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
If you email us, we may receive your name, email address, dealership or company, job information, number of rooftops, the workflow you want to improve, and anything else you include in your message.
Technical information
Our hosting and security provider may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and security or diagnostic events.
Information we ask you not to send
Do not send customer records, Social Security numbers, driver’s-license data, payment-card information, credit applications, account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through a website email link. A secure process will be established separately if an engagement requires protected dealership data.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Evaluate whether and how we can provide requested services.
- Prepare proposals and administer a business relationship.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with law and protect our rights or the rights of others.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual.
4. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party website analytics. The site itself does not attempt to track your activity across unrelated websites. Our infrastructure provider may use essential technical measures to provide security, prevent abuse, and deliver the site.
Because we do not currently perform cross-site behavioral tracking, the site does not take separate action in response to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. We will update this policy before introducing practices that materially change this disclosure.
5. When information is shared
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, email, communications, and professional operations; to advisers under appropriate confidentiality duties; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to you, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the information and context.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may be entitled to ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information, provide access to it, correct it, delete it, or provide a portable copy. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing and to appeal a denied request.
Submit a request at hello@dealeraiguys.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Children and external links
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The site may link to third-party resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
9. United States operation
The site is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the site, our services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated when required by law.
